How is this even legal?
One thing though I have always wished for is having a site like the BBB, but for customers. The BCB. One where businesses can vet out problem customers, so they can reserve their right to decline service. There are just as many, if not more bad customers, than bad businesses. The only trouble would be providing records to substantiate claims a customer is litigious, a habitual merchandise returner, or just an abusive idiot.
I know it would never happen, but it would be so helpful.
