I agree with Nenshi. If wearing the niqab is a personal choice made by a woman, they should be allowed to do it for the ceremony.

I understand that many conservatives don't like it and Harper represented them by trying to ban it, but it's the fact that the government is now wasting money on a 2nd appeal after losing the case twice, is just a total waste of money. They are going to lose and they know it, but it's their way of keeping it in the news as an election issue.
