I worked out that not including weekends, the maximum amount of time I have to 'live my life' each day is 5 hours, once sleep, commute, work prep and work is eliminated from the equation. This allows for one hour commute (most people would have less) and eight hours work (most people would have more). Two extra hours would be very significant.

I think that the quality of life in Sweden is about to make a tremendous leap.
