Yup. Legalize it, regulate it, tax it.
Between the inevitable sin taxes, corporate tax on vendors and manufacturers, income taxes on workers in the industry, and savings in the Policing/Judicial/Penatentary system it'd be a real boon to all citizens.
I think it's an easy call.
