I didn't say I wanted to move him. But he just seemed like the odd man out last year after the semi-big deal about trading for him. The problem is roster space.

Plus, Stajan is still a better player, Granlund and Jooris have outplayed him so far in the pre-season, Arnold isn't a factor yet. If Shore doesn't play, he sits, and if he sits too long, he's waived.

BT might not want to move him, but if Hartley doesn't trust him either with a start or ice time when he does play, he'd have to act in some fashion.
