Oh I know it depends on a whole plethora of factors, but if circumstances and evidence were strong enough and I were obscenely rich enough I could imagine myself easily being vengeful enough.
Again, on the assumption that he actually didnt do anything wrong, considering the accuser's side seems to be the one playing games with lawyers and law enforcement it really casts serious doubts pertaining to her credibility and thus the credibility of her accusation.
