The Flames needs to remember that this is still a rebuilding team and that there is just as much chance (maybe more) of missing the playoffs this year as making them. They are in no position to start making moves to win and compete this year. What they need to be doing it building towards a competitive window in a couple of years where they will have the youth, depth, and skill to compete for the cup. Until then we should be doing everything we can to still get younger, faster, and more skilled. And dumping youth because of contracts is not the way to go about doing that.

Jones is defintely more movable with Frolik on the roster (and Colborne filling out).
