Kind of like government bailout darling, General Motors? Their CEO knew of 120 some odd deaths attributable to a faulty ignition and she hasn't even been prosecuted. The total GM fine is less than what the potential max could be for VW - and no one has died from an itsy bitsy increase in VW emissions. Allegedly, we are talking up to 40% of less than 1%.

VW should be awarded a Sveriges Riksbank Prize for their efforts to get their customers around all of this government BS.
