I don't think this guy has a right to complain about who parks in front of his house. It's not his property, no one is breaking the law and life is unfair. What if the neighbour has a guest, do they have to take the bus because there are no parking spots? I'm pretty sure you pay more for places that have ample parking and some places would cost more if parking was included. The sense of entitlement in some people is mind bottling.
