I really like manager mode in FIFA, and it's not like it's super complex or anything. Same with Connected Franchise in Madden. MLB the Show also does a pretty good job in this area. That was just the worst system. This year is much better. I like that you have 3 minutes to draft a pick or trade the pick and makes it more realistic.
