I think this may have been posted here, but it's a good enough read to check out if you missed it. It touches on the reactions of super fans when they get invited into the development process. One thing that stuck out to me was that somebody noted how surprisingly small the team is. What we see as obvious annoyances are probably on their radar, but they don't exactly have FIFA levels of hands-on-deck.
