As most of you probably know I spend a lot of time being involved in GMO, Vaxx, climate change debates. I would say that there is really no reality to suggesting the right or left are any better or worse at believing bull#### and denying science and reality.
In my GMO groups I find a lot of conservatives, in the climate change groups its a lot of liberals, but what you learn is that people have their own biases and its hard to challenge and change those beliefs.
You have to as a true skeptic challenge your own ideas and beliefs on a regular basis, expose yourself to other ideas and counter arguments and reason yourself into your positions the best you can. Don't be afraid to admit you were wrong, or even admit you don't know.
We just hosted Stephen Law here in Iceland talking about his book believing in bull#### and it takes a great deal of effort these days to not be fooled by the world we live in, we have so much information available now that there is a ton of misinformation that follows with that availability.
