I am sorry that is complete Bullpoop. I am 43, and I feel good. I still play rugby and measure my fitness against men in the mid 20's. At 37 I learnt to skate and now play hockey 1-2 times a week.

"You definitely feel more tired and old" because you allow that to happen. Your 40's are not a death knell unless you allow them to become one.

Get the #### up and get active.
