So they should have said "well we plan on terminating Voynov's contract as well, but we don't want to deal with all the legal crap around it and know US immigration will deal with it. so we are just going to tell everyone out there about our intentions, then when Voynov is out of jail, we'll see if immigration will deport him. are you all happy now?"
