They aren't beliefs, it's extreme and it's hatred, using religious beliefs to mask your hatred of a certain segment of the population is a freaking cop-out. Human rights trump religious rights. if you aren't smart enough to understand that the real message you should get taking away from a thousand year out piece of paper is to "Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins." then in my books, you are just full of hate (which is ironic in it self, if you claim to be religious)
