My back of the envelope calc would be for a guy making 350 base + 100 bonus, the higher taxes would only result in a 3% decrease in comp. While the no bonus, wage rollback would be over 33% decrease in comp. So i dont think the raxes are really a huge concern.

On a side note..interesting to see cnrl making the roll backs very ndp-like and progressive. The higher your wage, the higher the percentage rollback.
