Really? Even if done illegally? How about how it is distributed? There's a difference between telling your spouse, or having a mutual friend tell them, or her going through your emails to find out, and having the whole world (possibly your parents, kids, friends, colleagues) all discover it at the same time, in brutal detail. Not to mention all of your personal and credit card information exposed for anyone to use.
