At any rate, Harper has declined to meet with the other party leaders about the issue. He said that they already pledged to bring more refugees over in 2016. I guess he doesn't have the same urgency to get something done sooner.
Mulcair said he would meet with Harper if Harper was willing, but made no mention of bringing any other leaders into it.

I can't help but feel Trudeau scored with this move. Harpers response probably speaks to his base, but it could annoy some of the soft supporters.
