That's a great idea. Lets park a cop in front of every school in the city. That'll remind everyone to slow down. Of course, we probably wont be able to afford cars since our property taxes would be about $100,000 per year to pay for the extra 2000 cops and cruisers.
I wonder if the CPS is hiring?
