I doubt you'll see any movies on Steam for sale like the games. Valve has almost total control of the digital game marketplace and that lets them push their aggressive sale pricing. With movies they're a bit player, and I don't think studios would let them push their prices below the physical media. They also don't allow you to download and keep a local copy of a movie, just online streaming only. That is a deal breaker IMO
