At the end of the day though, this sucks for United, what the hell are they going to do with a sulky goaltender? He hasnt exactly been a sterling pro through all of this, he effectively forced this with his:
"Oh, my heart is in Madrid and my mind isnt right and I cant focus on balls coming at me so they might just fly into the net...."
And whats LVG going to do? Sit him with the reserves and run with Romero? That guy....he was not brilliant.
Selling De Gea and getting Navas and Money in exchange was about as sweet of a deal as they could get.
Now all they have is a sulky goaltender and a crappy goaltender.
