cal crests did an excellent job on our team's jersey's, they look like NHL jersey's, lol! Although I'm not sure what Jersey city is charging so I can't tell you whether they are in your price range. I believe we ended up paying about $350 for a home and away jersey. That included creating the crest, the highest quality jersey, name bars, and numbers on the back and shoulders, and alternate patches on the shoulders (different from the crest on the front.) So I guess you could say we went all out, but it was worth it.
