In his RDL's his stance is far too wide and he's using a mixed grip which is also wrong. Also he's extending his lower back at the end which is dangerous for an exercise that is used to strengthen the lower back.
Lots of trainers don't know what the hell they're doing. Especially ones with major league teams because they get to work with the best of the best athletically. As long as they don't injure the athletes they can do no wrong.
