Backlund - consistency throughout entire year
Monahan - have offensive mindset throughout entire year?

Ferland - picking spots, when to be a beast and when not to be, offensive output

Wideman - defensive play
Ramo - play less like fish out of water
Bennett - learn control and when not to take the big hit, keep his head up and protect himself on the ice, faceoffs
Frolik - increase offensive output (like Hartley stated)
Hiller - focus at beginning of games, glove hand, freezing the puck
Bouma - keep improving shot?
Jones - drive to the net more, not get injured
Stajan - produce more offensively
