Don't worry. Even though women are treated like chattel in many cultures, subject to rape, abuse, and murder, my wife and I both agreed that it wasn't a hate crime. These guys were just creepy losers. The best we could do was inform the police on one of the occasions that my wife had been harassed, and in all three cases, stop using that particular business.

Did your wife file a complaint with the taxi company? Fill out a police report? You said it yourself, she was harassed did you or your wife file a police report for harassment? I highly doubt a cabbie would risk their job and livelihoods just to berate your wives. Once maybe, but three times? Where are these people you guys encounter? Never encountered anything like that in my life once let alone 3 times.
