In what way? The problem with real race crimes is often the criminal justice system's lack of care in actually prosecuting crimes. Blacks weren't suffering from "hate crimes," they were suffering from an almost seemingly lack of care by the criminal justice system to actually defend them from the crimes being wantonly committed against their communities.
A real crime, when it occurs, should be dealt with harshly, and fairly. The crime, detailed above, would be criminal harassment.
