Mine is a group of friends; we've all known each other for 20+ years. I don't think it would work with a bunch of strangers; as there has to be some give and take. For example during the draft at some point I will let everybody know "this is the Minnesota/Columbus round."
We have all also had a time where we ask "who has the tickets for this weekend, I have a friend coming in from out of town." We've also all had to make last minute swaps under duress. Best example was when I had to meet a buddy on the middle of McLeod Trail so he could give me his jersey and ticket. His wife had just been taken into urgent care.
