If my kids want to play together I think I need the following:
1. Another ps plus membership
2. Another copy of destiny.
What is the best/cheapest way to get all these. I don't really want to spend 100 bones for destiny again. I don't mind the second plus subscription.
Is it cheaper to buy a used copy of destiny and then add all the expansion or better to buy a bundle. My current version of destiny is all digital.

1. Set PS4 #1 as your primary PS4 using your primary PSN account (Settings > Playstation Network/Account Management > activate as your primary ps4)
2. Login with your primary PSN account on PS4 #2
3. Set up secondary PSN account, and sign into PS4 #1
For PS4 #2 to continue to work, it needs your primary PSN account actively logged in.
For PS4 #1 to work, it simply needs to be activated as your primary PS4.
Only unknown for me is whether or not the secondary PSN account needs to be a PS Plus account, but I don't believe it does.
