Default New PC buid: Conundrum with CPU and mobo. Need help.

Hey all,

So I messed up a bit on my first PC build and need some advice for cost vs performance vs my sanity.

I am looking for advice on the best move to either find a compatible CPU or sell my mobo and buy a new combo.

Backstory:

I bought an i5-3750K a few years back on sale, then bought an i5-4670K not too long after for $200. I can't remember why I did this... but I forgot that I owned the 3750K.

Fast forward to last week and I'm going to build my computer with an MSI Z87 mobo, and the CPU I pulled out is the 3750K! I am looking around really confused, swearing to myself that I owned a 4670K, rip up my apartment, drive across town and dig through my family's house, and cannot find the CPU that will fit my board!

Since then, I listed the i5-3750K and recouped my costs exactly. I may find my i5-4670K one day... but it's oddly looking like it is gone.

Do you guys know of where I can buy a strong CPU that is compatible with my mobo (LGA 1150 socket)? Or should I sell my mobo and get a new mobo/cpu bundle? I don't want to end up have parts (ram, GPU, etc) that are incompatible with anything else.

What I am left with today is:

Case - Fractal Arc Midi R2
CPU - i5 4670K (missing and need replacement)
CPU cooler - 212 evo
MOBO - MSI-Z87-GD65 (too late to return)
PCU - PowerColor HD7950
Ram - 8 GB DDR3
Power - 750W Bronze modular
SSD - Crucial M4 256 GB
HDD - 2TB Green
MS Office 2010

Missing components for later:
Disc Drive (maybe Bluray?)
Win 7 key to upgrade to Win 10
Mechanical Keyboard

THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY INPUT
