I just had a great customer experience with St. Croix rods.

I bought an Imperial Rod back in 2001. Caught a lot of fish and made a lot of great memories with this versatile 4-piece rod.

Yesterday I broke the tip. St. Croix told me today they will replace the rod with a new one - all I have to do is pay for shipping.
