I like Simmons but kind of lost respect of him when he started ranting on Twitter. Yes I understand how frustrated he was being the Most Outstanding Defensive Player for Ottawa last season to be a bench player the next. Problem is he couldn't unseat Simpsons and Mayo. Rather than work his tail off and show the coaching staff what he can do, he used the social media to complain. This is after Huf spoke to him and promised him he'll figure things out. Anyways good luck on him in Winterpeg. I am just glad he didn't sign with the Riders.
So as it stands, we lost on trading Mo Price for Simmons and Buckner. But if you look on the positive side, Eric Rogers who replaced Maurice Price in the lineup is playing much, much better than Price, who's been struggling in Ottawa so far.
