Simply put I wouldn't use that as a positive for the project. Although i am happy it is really close to Sunalta

I'd like to see the % of people in the effected area that would be displaced. Then it can be decided whether its a positive or negative. If we are talking <10% its a better benefit to the area as a whole when weigh'd against the negative who are being pushed out.
