I agree. Great neighborhood, and I live in a very nice place. But when you argue you are driving up real estate prices at the expense of the less fortunate when there is already a shortage of affordable housing in this city, you are fighting a losing battle.
Simply put I wouldn't use that as a positive for the project. Although i am happy it is really close to Sunalta
