For as many who cheer for the huge drives, creativity, and "self taught" good ol' boy; there are as many or more who sound like they are getting tired of his petulance, how when things start to go wrong he can really go off the rails on people, and his whining about crowds in Europe didn't win him many friends.
That is about as big a foil as I can come up with off the top of my head.
