Two days a week - Garrison Green to Strathmore. 45-55 mins out , 50-60 mins back home. Longer on bad highway days. Take Glenmore trail out of the city and then cut over to Highway 1 at some point (Stoney in Winter, Langdon road in Summer)
Rest of the week - Garrison Green to Southcentre Mall. 15-20 mins back and forth. I typically take Glenmore - Deerfoot - Anderson to work and Macleod - Southland/Heritage - 14th St - Glenmore home. Mall exit set ups make going Deerfoot route home longer.
