Have to agree with this opinion piece, this past season has been the most intriguing that I can remember in years. The sport has new stars and plenty of marketable storylines heading into next year.

This might be a problem though, it doesn't have a foil, or a villain. During the Big 4 era everyone cheered for Tiger against the other three, especially Vijay.

But now out of 5? youngsters, Spieth, McIlroy, Day, Fowler, Dustin... who is the villain?

If they are all tied for the lead going into the final round, who are people cheering for and against?
