Our family built new in New Brighton and moved in Dec/2013. Previously lived in a condo over in Prestwick back in 2006-2008, so we're quite familiar with the area and why we wanted to live down south again.
We live on a side street and it's very quiet and we have great neighbours. As others have mentioned, 130th ave has 95% of what we need. Kids will be going to school here when it's completed.
I've only noticed a smell when it gets really hot, but not enough to gag.
