Was looking at purchasing a home in the deep SE of Calgary. Areas such as New Brighton, Mahogany, Cranston and Chapparal Valley are some of the ones we've been looking at. Have noticed considerably a lot more of the houses in our price range with what we are looking for are in New Brighton. I know it's close to the dump but I've lived in Prestwick before and never noticed a smell in this area. Is there a hitch to this area? Thanks a lot for any help making a decision!
