I just got the exact same ticket. 14 over in a 60 zone, $118.
I've been robbed at gunpoint before in this city. The kid dropped his own wallet. I bring it to police and they bring the kid in to the station for questioning with his family there to confirm his alibi he was at home, give him the wallet back and no charges. But they have all the time in the world to get their speeding ticket quotas so they can afford their new fleet of chargers or whatever.
