Yes and no he didn't.
Whatever, that's the quality of WHL officials for you. Kelly Kisio stated that the Hitmen have had four or five of those wiped out so far this season but I'd be willing to bet none of those were as late as they were and in a big four point swing game. Oh well, must........get.......over..........it
