Imagine if it was African-American Joe Blow... the dude would be in jail for sure, no questions asked. Hell, if that same black guy was caught with an ounce of weed, he'd probably be in jail for years. Is there a more racist and corrupt justice system in the first world than the American one? I doubt it. Stuff like this really grinds my gears. The west is nothing more than a caste based society, we just don't call it that officially.

It is highly questionable if the American legal system is "first-world" at all. For example, having the death penalty pretty much seals the deal.
