I can confirm that the phone offered on Oppomart is the Chinese/World/non-North American version of the phone. Oppomart customer service actually sent me an email with the specs of their phone and asked me to confirm that I want to go ahead with the order.

The LTE bands on this phone will not work in North America, although you would have 3G/HSPA+ service.

Since I spend more time in Azerbaijan (which operates on the 1800 LTE band) than in Canada I went ahead with my order anyway. Cell phone prices are insane in Baku so worst case I'm confident I can double my money selling the OP2 here if I decide I'd rather have the North American version.
