No, it's not at all. I'm just making the point that there is absolutely nothing sexual about kissing on the cheek and that it's a pretty common greeting between strangers. This is nothing more than a harmless peck on the cheek.
Sure, it's a little obnoxious of this guy to interrupt a broadcast, but this woman is out to lunch making it a bigger deal than it is. If the guy came up and made out with her then she might have a point.
