I think I said it in the Trump thread that a Bush/Kasich ticket is the only one I can think of that would seriously have a shot at knocking off Hilary. But hardline conservatives and tea-party supporters would hate that ticket, and want Bush to pick a token tea-party running mate, like Romney and McCain did.
