I got it at a Throwbacks NW which is a small store in the Capitol Hill area of Seattle. The store has a website (http://throwbacksnw.com/) but the hat isn't on there.
The store has a lot of vintage (secondhand) sports jerseys and apparel as well as lots of hats. They had these old jersey style hats for a few teams. The Pittsburgh one was based off of the blue throwback they wore a few years ago (Iggy wore it) and it was the second nicest after the Flames one. Most of them were pretty ugly. I checked the Mitchell and Ness website and they didn't have any of them on there. Not sure if they're a bit older or what.
It was 25% off (which almost made up for the weak CAD)!
