So my iPad is able to enter both letters and numbers, that still didn't work.
Called every SML Entertainment in Calgary, one in Edmonton, and then finally a beachcomber dealer in Edmonton. Guy I spoke to at the dealership was confident that it's 6000. He said beachcomber changed it without updating the manual.
So I'll try tonight, if that doesn't work they can come fix it.
