The tree is actually a cleverly disguised cell tower to ensure there will be full LTE coverage inside the two buildings.
It will also have LED lights all over it that will change colour depending on which team is playing: It will be red for the Flames, and red for the Stamps, and red for the Roughnecks, and a pinkish red for the Hitmen.
