Some of the rankings stand out as a little Odd to me, I can see the reasoning for bias towards inner city, but I am surprised by the Crowchild North Bias, but those are all vary nice communities in the north.
Should River Bend not have said Quarry Park? Newer nicer practically the same location
Should Monterey Park Not have said Coral Springs? Newer nicer practically the same location, with an HOA and a lake.
Pineridge/Rundle/Malbrough? Really? If you felt the need to get more NE in there, why not Mayland heights for inner city access, or Saddleridge for nice houses and pathway networks... I grew up in the properties and those communities weren't in the top 50, 25 years ago when they were newish houses, and maintenance has not exactly been a priority to the majority of residences.
Huntington Hills? Realy? I suppose they wanted to pick 1 Central north community and couldn't decide so they just throw a dart?
I'm sure most of us are pretty happy about where we live.
