Well there's a million parts on a airplane, so indeed some or common... but key elements of the airframe are not shared. This "flaperon" is unique to the 777 in this application. It's a piece that acts as a flap (the part that extends from the wing during takeoff/landing to create more lift) but also augments the aileron (to bank/turn the plane), hence "flaperon".
