I said AHL, but only because he was already playing against men. That being said, he may have been overwhelmed a little in that league, so Brandon could be a great choice to learn a lot of fundamentals and practice them a great deal against lesser players. The AHL could be just as good for his development though. Tough choice.

With the Smid injury looking like it might end his career, Wotherspoon, or possibly Culkin/Morrison, have a chance to make the team out of camp. That leaves a bit more of an opening in Stockton for Kylington to play, say on the 2nd pairing:

Any combo of the 2 who don't make the Flames-Wotherspoon/Culkin/Morrison
Kulak-Kylington
Sieloff-AHL veteran

I think there's room for him to play in Stockton if they choose that path.

Edit: Ah crap, forgot about Nakladal. That might push Kylington to the WHL no matter what.
